Brad is a founder of Tenmile Companies and a managing partner for Construction and Engineering.  His experience began with military service upon graduating from the United States Air Force Academy in 2009.  After attaining his Master’s Degree in Engineering Management from Missouri University of Science and Technology in 2014, Brad worked in aerospace engineering and management roles for Boeing.  With a passion for creativity and hands-on problem solving he expanded into architecture, construction, and building systems engineering.  Brad has managed a wide range of design and construction projects which led to a desire for generating new developments and collaborative ventures of his own. Brad enjoys spending time running, and with his wife and young son exploring the great Ozarks outdoors.  He is a believer in leveraging his experiences and those of others to continuously improve the company’s directives of which he has helped develop.

Brad graduated from the United States Air Force Academy in 20XX with a degree in Aero Engineering. Brad played on the men’s basketball scout team for two years while in Colorado Springs. After spending six years serving his country upon graduation Brad attended the University of Missouri S&T in Rolla and attained a master’s degree in Engineering Management. Brad moved to St. Louis after college and worked for Boeing before returning home to Poplar Bluff and joining the Dille Traxel Architecture firm in 20XX. He has served on several non-profit boards and currently sits on the Planning and Zoning board for the city of Poplar Bluff. Brad and his wife Fran have been married for XX years and have one young son, Walter.
