Chance has worked in financial and administrative roles for a construction company, in the banking industry, and most recently as Director of Finance and Operations for a leading Architecture Firm. Chance attained a degree in accounting from Southeast Missouri State University in 2004 and is a Certified Design Accountant and a Licensed Real Estate Agent. He specializes in the acquisition and disposition of investment properties and the identification of potential opportunities. Chance considers building relationships with new partners and old friends as the greatest asset to sustained success. Outside of the office, Chance enjoys playing golf and canoeing with friends and subjecting his wife and two daughters to his famous Nature Adventure Days.
